The Calendar and Events sections list all items from today on. Events are calendar items that you want to highlight.
Minimum Expectations for School Websites
List important dates to know throughout the year.
1. Make sure you’re logged in. Click on the gear icon to the right of your name. Select Site Contents.
2. Click on Calendar.
3. There are two ways to add new items: Click on Events tab > New Event. Or click on any date box to add an item.
4. Fill out the item details. Check the “Is An Event” box if you want the Calendar item to also show up under Events. Click Save when done.
- Don’t do recurrence. Only the first item shows up on the homepage. It’s a known quirk. Add multiple items instead.
